Most restaurant food disappears from memory into flavor. We wanted one part of the meal to remain visually legible before anyone reaches for a slice.

That led us to radial topping patterns, small repeated ingredients and a deliberate center point. The method is closer to laying tiles or stitching a motif than scattering toppings over dough.

The goal is not novelty for its own sake. Pattern helps a shared dish feel ceremonial, and ceremony is useful when people have gathered for a reason.
